These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wondersfarts.com and your purchase of products from Wonder Edison LLC d/b/a Wonder’s Farts (“Wonder’s Farts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or otherwise have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product packaging, appearance, colors, ingredients, nutritional information, availability, and other details may change from time to time.
Please review the product label, ingredient information, allergen information, and directions before consuming any product.
If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, take medications, or otherwise have concerns about whether a product is appropriate for you, consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before use.

Content available through Wonder’s Farts, wondersfarts.com, or our associated social media accounts is provided for general informational and educational purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Nothing on our website or associated content should be considered individualized medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Individual nutritional and fitness needs vary, and results are not guaranteed.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale, technical errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, package-protection charges, and other charges will be disclosed as applicable during checkout.
We may change product prices or promotions at any time. A price change will not retroactively change the price of an order that has already been completed, except where necessary to correct an obvious error and permitted by law.
6. Subscribe & Save
Certain products may be available through our Subscribe & Save program. Subscribe & Save currently provides a 10% discount and recurring shipments generally every 4–5 weeks, as disclosed when you subscribe.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the subscription terms presented at checkout until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription before your next scheduled renewal to prevent future subscription charges and shipments.
Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or entered fulfillment.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and shipping information for your subscription.
Additional subscription terms, notices, or management options presented during purchase or through your subscription account form part of your subscription agreement.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, fulfillment delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, and incorrect orders are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Because we sell consumable products, opened or used products generally cannot be returned due to taste or flavor preference, change of mind, or similar reasons, except where otherwise required by law or where a product is defective or otherwise qualifies for a remedy.
9. Route Package Protection
Optional Route Package Protection may be offered during checkout for an additional charge.
If you elect to purchase Route Package Protection, qualifying claims are subject to Route’s applicable terms, eligibility requirements, and claims procedures.
Route is a third-party service provider. Your use of Route’s services may also be governed by Route’s own terms and privacy practices.
10. Third-Party Services
Our store may rely on third parties for services including ecommerce technology, payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, package tracking or protection, subscriptions, analytics, marketing, and communications.
Your use of certain third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute our endorsement of all content or practices of those third parties.
11. Intellectual Property
The content of wondersfarts.com, including our branding, product names, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, logos, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Wonder Edison LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
